Free activities - yoga, tai chi and zumba

Tai Chi in the park

Are you yearning for yoga, thirsting for tai chi or wanting to zone in on zumba?

You’re in luck as Monash Council is holding FREE activities in local parks/facilities. We held similar activities earlier in 2017 and they were very popular, so we've decided to run another series up until the end of June 2017.

There is no need to book: just turn up for these activities, which are being held each week from Wednesday 19 April - Friday 30 June 2017.

Please bring a drink, hat, towel and some sunscreen.

Zumba
Mondays, 10am-11am
Warrawee Park, Oakleigh
(Please note: there will be no activity on the Queen's Birthday Public Holiday - Monday 12 June.)

Tai Chi
Wednesdays, 10am-11am
Central Reserve, Glen Waverley

Yoga
Fridays, 11.40am-12.40pm
Goodlife Waverley Park
Sir Kenneth Luke Stadium (5/2 Stadium Cct, Waverley Park)

We ask participants to bring their own yoga mat.
(Please note: participants will be required to sign in when entering the Goodlife.)
