I would like to take this opportunity to wish all our businesses and staff a happy and successful 2007.
Monash continues to grow and develop as the place to live and work, with over 11,500 businesses providing around 90,000 jobs.
In this issue of Focus please note that there are a number of initiatives that will facilitate opportunities aimed at assisting business in 2007.
These include Street Life projects for the shopping precincts of Oakleigh, Clayton & Mount Waverley, extensions to the Monash Business Incubator, business Workshops and Training Programs, a Technology Awareness Project for Monash and the south eastern region and networking opportunities through the Monash Business Awards and the Economic Development Forum.
