Grow Your People - Group Program
The City of Monash in conjunction with Prime Performance and the Victorian State Government will be running the Prime Performance "Grow Your People – Get the best out of yourself and your staff" group program (six sessions), commencing on Wednesday 2 April 2008.
The program objective is to develop a 3 year HR Training and Development Plan, with clear vision, goals, objectives, strategies and timelines for actions, to effectively attract and retain staff with the right skills and attitude.
