The Southern Ethnic Advisory and Advocacy Council

The Southern Ethnic Advisory & Advocacy Council (SEAAC) through its Monash Multicultural Support Program provides support and information to empower young people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds (CLD) to achieve their goals.

CLD youth often access SEAAC seeking support with finding employment. They are always genuine and keen to work.

There are numerous benefits associated with employing young people from migrant and refugee backgrounds, some of these include: self motivation, hard working and multilingual (eg Arabic, Swahili, French).

For more information on SEAAC or if you would like to discuss how your organisation can provide opportunities for migrant and refugee youth to gain skills, training, experience or employment please call Steven Theoclitou on 9563 4130.
