Mayor's Column
It was with great pride on 23 March, that I jointly opened the fifteen-unit Stage 2 extension to the Monash Enterprise Centre in conjunction with The Hon. Fran Bailey, Minister for Small Business & Tourism.
A number of business courses are run from the Centre. The Centre also provides for associated membership, which allows use of offices for specific meetings etc.
In the past eight years, the Monash Enterprise Centre has assisted more than ninety local small businesses.
In this issue of Focus, there are a number of programs and funding assistance available to businesses. Updates are also provided on the Clayton Community Centre and the new hotel development situated on the corner of Springvale Road & Kingsway.
