This year so far has been very exciting for Monash.
We have seen the completion of several major projects such as the construction of the $24.8 million Clayton Community Centre and Wellington Reserve Community Centre, completion of the Accor hotel complex in Kingsway and the opening of the Eastlink Freeway.
These projects are indicative of the activity taking place in and around Monash.
The Clayton Community Centre, in Cooke Street, is Monash Council's largest ever capital project and an important community hub and a major civic focus for the area.
Also in this issue of Focus there are a number of workshops and events available for businesses to attend as well as updates on the Monash Business Awards and the Young Achievement Australia Program.
