Progress of Clayton Community Centre
Award winning construction company ProBuild Constructions (Aust) Pty Ltd has been awarded the contract to build the $25.7 million Clayton Community Centre.
The value of the contract is $17, 820,104, including GST. Monash Council's contribution to the project is $17.6 million and the State Government's is $8.1 million. ProBuild has extensive major project experience including 20 stages of development of Chadstone Shopping Centre, all stages of development of Highpoint Shopping Centre, revitalisation of the retail levels at Collins Place, Central West Plaza and the Bendigo Bank headquarters.
The Centre is expected to be completed by early 2008.
