Growth & Succession Planning Program
Council in conjunction with DIIRD is running the "Growth and Succession Planning" Program, which has been developed and will be implemented by the Advantage Group at the Monash Business Incubator in July.
The Program combines 2 half-day sessions of one on one on-site visitation with 4 morning (breakfast) workshops commencing July 24th 2007 A government subsidy for program costs applies to eligible businesses.

Funding Assistance Available For Business And Community Groups In Monash
Business and community groups in Monash can access funding and assistance for projects that stimulate community development through the Australian Government's Area Consultative Committee network and Regional Partnerships program.
The Melbourne Development Board has facilitated business and community development projects worth over $40 million within the Monash community and neighbouring councils for the last 12 years. Successful projects include Council's Technology Capabilities Alignment Project and extensions to the Monash Business Incubator.
