2007 has been an exciting year with so many new developments taking place in Monash, including the Springvale Road Hotel Project in Glen Waverley and the $25.7 million Clayton Community Centre development.
The next few months will also be a busy time for retail leading into the Christmas period. Increased activity at our retail outlets places a greater demand on our local industry and suppliers. With this in mind I wish all our businesses and staff a happy and safe festive season as we look forward to even greater successes in 2008.
