What is Strong4life?
Strong4life is a great new strength-training class designed to cater for the Older Adults (age 50+) market.

Aim of Strong4life classes
The aim of the Strength is to introduce and educate new patrons to strength training in a gymnasium environment and to provide regular users with a variation of exercises and technique correction in a fun environment.Where are Strength classes held?

When are Strong4life classes on?
- Mondays and Wednesdays (see timetable)
- Maximum number of participants per class 15
How can I attend Strong4life classes?
- Casual users and multi-visit pass holders (non-members)
- You can casually attend a class or use a discount multi-visit pass. Prior to attending your first class you will need to have a consultation with one of our professional gym instructors. This will ensure you can get the most from the class. Please call our friendly Customer Service Staff on 9541 3100 and ask for a Strength class assessment.
- Members
- For members, classes are included as part of your membership fee. If you have not had gym consultation with one of our professional instructors please call 9541 3100.
