Fire Safety
Residents should ensure that vacant land is kept clear of excess vegetation so it does not become a fire hazard. Notices can be issued to property owners to remove vegetation or Council can have the property cleared at the owner's expense.
Property Numbers
Poorly displayed property numbers can create difficulty for postal and emergency services when trying to locate a property. Residents should ensure their property is clearly numbered and visible from the road.
