Medicines - Storage and Disposal
Medicines should be kept in a clean, dry, locked cupboard (or if necessary concealed in the fridge) out of reach of children and family pets.
Do not take any medication if the packet has been tampered with. All medications should be kept in the original container with the labels to explain the use, dosage and expiry date.
Dispose of unwanted or out-of-date medicines by returning them to your local pharmacy – never give any of your medicines to other people.
