Cr Craig SHIELL
MULGRAVE WARD
Councillor Shiell is married with two young children and has lived in the City of Monash for nearly 30 years. This is the first time he has been a Councillor and he is enjoying working with the community in which he lives.
Craig is a senior police officer with more than 17 years experience working closely with communities and community groups.
"I have always enjoyed working with the community and that is one of the reasons I chose my profession and why I had a desire to be a Councillor," he says. "Being on the local Council allows me to do this from the other side of the table."
My family and I are active members of our community through our involvement with various community groups and clubs. As local residents we use the facilities managed by the City of Monash and experience the issues our residents face."
