Cr Stefanie Perri - Oakleigh Ward

Stefanie Perri

MAYOR

Stefanie Perri is a Monash ratepayer who has lived, for her entire life, in the ward she is now very honoured to represent.

She attended Clayton North Primary School, East Oakleigh's former Amstel Primary School, Sacred Heart Girls' College Oakleigh and Monash University.

Stefanie is committed to ensuring the voices of local residents are heard and understands the needs of our local community.

"I'll take an inclusive, sustainable and responsible approach to empower local residents and develop and strengthen our community" .

As the proud daughter of Italian migrants Stefanie believes the shared experiences of migrants in our community bring shared goals, needs and achievements.

"Our entire community is enriched because of our diversity and our eagerness to embrace our multiculturalism."

In addition to working towards a rates system that is the fairest it can be and ensuring that ratepayers get the best value for their money, Stefanie is committed to listening to local residents, acting on fresh ideas, doing things better and protecting the environment.

"I'll ensure the voices of our entire community are heard and will work cooperatively across all levels of community and government to achieve the best possible outcomes for local residents."
