8th Annual Monash World Environment Day Awards

Join the City of Monash to celebrate World Environment Day in June 2010 by recognising outstanding contributions of individuals, households, schools, community groups, institutions, businesses and corporations that promote:

• Equitable social environment
• Resilient local economy
• Sustainable natural & built environment
• Vibrant cultural activity

for the lasting benefit to present and future generations.

Monash World Environment Day Awards - Categories

Prizes will be awarded to the successful nominees for each of the following categories:

Registration and Entry Forms

Please submit your registration to the City of Monash by 5pm Wednesday, 31 March 2010. When your registration form has been received, Council will contact you to confirm your details and ensure that you have an official entry form for your nominated award category.

Presentation of Awards

The presentation of the World Environment Day Awards will take place on Thursday, 3 June 2009 at an evening ceremony. Part of the celebrations included a keynote address by a prominent speaker and static displays by community groups, local businesses and Council.
