Cherry Cake
Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- 125g Unsalted Butter
- 120g Sugar
- 1/2 Vanillin Sugar
- 150g Self-raising flour
- 1 glass De-stoned Morello Cherries
- Cinnamon
- Icing sugar
- Mix sugar, butter and eggs.
- Add vanillin sugar and sifted self-raising flour. Mix together.
- Put dough into springform. Now place the Morellos on top and sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon.
- Bake at 175°C for 40-50 minutes.
- Dust with icing sugar. Enjoy.
