Cherry Cake

Ingredients:
  • 3 Eggs
  • 125g Unsalted Butter
  • 120g Sugar
  • 1/2 Vanillin Sugar
  • 150g Self-raising flour
  • 1 glass De-stoned Morello Cherries
  • Cinnamon
  • Icing sugar
Preparation:
  • Mix sugar, butter and eggs.
  • Add vanillin sugar and sifted self-raising flour. Mix together.
  • Put dough into springform. Now place the Morellos on top and sprinkle with a little bit of cinnamon.
  • Bake at 175°C for 40-50 minutes.
  • Dust with icing sugar. Enjoy.
