Coconut Chutney

Bowl
Ingredients:
  • Juice of medium sized lemon
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 chilli
  • 1 tsp of finely chopped ginger
  • 1/2 coconut finely grated
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 dessertspoon of chopped mint
Preparation:
  • In the juice of the lemon put the finely chopped onion, chilli and ginger.
  • Toss in the coconut and add salt to taste.
  • Just before serving add chopped mint and mix well.
