The Adult Swim Club is designed to provide you with:

• A fun and friendly atmosphere in which to grow and develop your swimming abilities.
• A great social club environment helps to increase your motivation, whilst giving you the opportunity to meet new friends with similar interests.

Who can join?

The club is open to:

• Any person 18 years or over, who enjoys swimming.
• Current and past members range in age from 18-80 years, so everyone is welcome.
• You do not need to be a squad-trained swimmer to join, however you should be able to swim 100m comfortably.

9:00am						Lanes 1, 2
7:00pm	Lanes 4, 5			Lanes 1, 2

Times subject to change - sessions run for 60 minutes

How to Join

Joining is easy, simply complete the relevant details on the form from reception and pay your joining fee.

Once completed, you are free to attend as many of the available coaching sessions as detailed in the timetable attached.
