Gardening for a Sustainable Future
Come along and meet Vasili of Vasili's Garden who will show you how to use organic composts and mulches for a healthy waterwise garden. The workshop will cover how to make, use and apply composts and mulches, as well as answer questions about making your home vegetable garden more productive.

Experts in energy use will be on hand to show you the little things you can do and the products available to make your home more energy efficient. Learn about the energy-generating technologies you can install at home, and the relevant rebates and approval processes required. The products and technologies will be on hand for you to see.

Learn about the different systems available which can make the most of your water. Find out about:- Greywater systems (diversions and treatments)
- Stormwater capture (rainwater tanks, methods of filtering and harvesting)
- The influence of cleaning products on gardens
- The regulations and council approvals you need to consider when installing your devices
