City of Monash 2008 Community Support Program
Applications are invited from Monday 2 July 2007 and will be received until 5.00 pm Monday 13 August 2007 for financial and 'in kind' support for the provision of Community Support Programs for the City of Monash for the period 1 January 2008 - 31 December 2008.
Applications must comply with the 2008 Policy Guidelines and be submitted on the application forms. Application forms and Policy Guidelines will be available from Monday 2 July 2007 at the Civic Centre (293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley), the Oakleigh Service Centre (3 Atherton Road, Oakleigh), and Council's website Community Support (Funding) Program
They will additionally be available from Council's five libraries at Clayton, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Oakleigh and Wheelers Hill.
Two community information sessions will be held in the following locations:- The Civic Centre (Council Function Room), 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley - Tuesday 3 July, 2007 from 1.00pm to 2.30pm; and
- Monash Seminar & Training Centre (Meeting Rooms 1 & 2), 1a Atherton Road, Oakleigh - Thursday 5 July, 2007 from 7.00pm to 8.30pm;
Late or faxed applications will not be accepted. Applicants are personally responsible for ensuring that their documents arrive at Council by the due date.
