Notice of Intention to Sell Land
Monash City Council ("Council") gives notice under Section 189 of the Local Government Act, 1989 ("the Act") that it has resolved to sell the land ("the land") described below ("the proposal").
The proposal is that the land be sold by either public auction or private treaty.
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Act, any person wishing to make a submission on the above proposal must do so in writing to the undersigned until 19 November 2007.
Persons making such submissions may request in writing to be heard in person, or have a person appear on their behalf in support of their submissions and will be notified of the time and date of the hearing.
All submissions will be considered in accordance with Section 223 of the Act.
A person may make a submission on the proposals.

Submissions should be addressed (quoting Reference No SY:PROP495) to the Chief Executive Officer and can be hand delivered to Council's Office at 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley or posted to the following address:
