Notice of Amendment to the Road Management Plan
Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Section 55 of the Road Management Act 2004, Monash Council has adopted amendments to its Road Management Plan.
The amendments were adopted and incorporated into the Road Management Plan on 27 October 2009.
Copies of the amended Road Management Plan are available for inspection or can be obtained between the hours 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday at the Civic Centre, 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley; and the Oakleigh Service Centre, 3 Atherton Road, Oakleigh; or can be downloaded from The Road Management Plan
Copies of the Code of Practice and any incorporated document, or any amendment to an incorporated document, as the case may be, may be inspected at the Civic Centre, Glen Waverley.
