Notice of Discontinuance of Part of the Road
Abutting the rear of 569a-577a Warrigal Rd; 2-12 Reid St, 21 - 31 Shaw St & 1-11 Montrose St, Ashwood
If discontinued, Council may either sell or retain the land from the road.
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Act, any person wishing to make a submission on the above proposal must do so in writing to the undersigned by 21 February 2006.
Persons making such submissions may request to be heard in person, or have a person appear on their behalf in support of their submissions.
All submissions will be considered in accordance with Section 223 of the Act. Following consideration of submissions, Council may resolve to discontinue the road or, not to discontinue the road.
