Proposed Declaration of a Public Highway Road
Abutting the rear of 1287-1305 North Road & 2-14 Hume St, HuntingdalePublic Notice Inviting Submissions Under Section 223
Pursuant to Section 223 of the Act, any person wishing to make a submission on the above proposal must do so in writing to the undersigned by 22 May 2006.
Persons making such written submissions may also request to be heard by Council to support their submissions. Any person requesting to be heard is entitled to appear in person or by a person acting on their behalf before a meeting of the Committee of Council.
All submissions will be considered in accordance with Section 223 of the Act.
Following consideration of submissions, Council may resolve to declare the Road as a Public Highway or not to declare the Road as a Public Highway.
