Planning and Environment Act 1987MONASH PLANNING SCHEME
The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C41 to the Monash Planning Scheme effective from 13 April 2006.
The Amendment rezones includes the land at 1 Logie Court, and 38 Hanover Street, OAKLEIGH in a Heritage Overlay control.
A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, during office hours at the Department of Sustainability and Environment, 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne and at the offices of the Monash City Council, 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley.
