Notice of Approval of Amendment C62
Planning and Environment Act 1987MONASH PLANNING SCHEME
The Minister for Planning has approved Amendment C62 to the Monash Planning Scheme effective from 13 April 2006.
The Amendment rezones land at 25 Paxton Drive, GLEN WAVERLEY to correct the Monash Planning Scheme by rezoning the site from PPRZ-Public Park and Recreation Zone to R1Z-Residential 1 Zone and VPO1 - Vegetation Protection Overlay.
A copy of the Amendment can be inspected, free of charge, during office hours at the Department of Sustainability and Environment, 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne and at the offices of the Monash City Council, 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley.
