City of Monash 2007 Community Support Program
Incorporated community organisations and groups must have a demonstrated capacity to provide quality services and activities which respond to community needs and further Council's service to its community. Organisations providing Aged & Disability; Multicultural; Community Strengthening; Children's, Youth and Family; and Counselling & Community Support Services and Activities are encouraged to apply.
Applications must comply with the 2007 Policy Guidelines and be submitted the official APPLICATION FORMS.
Application forms and Policy Guidelines will be available from Monday, 3 July 2006 on Council's website at Community Support (Funding) Program, at the Civic Centre (293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley) and the Oakleigh Service Centre (3 Atherton Road, Oakleigh).
They will additionally be available from Council's five libraries at Clayton, Glen Waverley, Mount Waverley, Oakleigh and Wheelers Hill.
- Oakleigh Service Centre (Training Room), 1a Atherton Road, Oakleigh, on Tuesday 4 July, 2006 from 1.30pm to 2.30pm; and
- Council Function Room at the Civic Centre, 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley, on Thursday 6 July, 2006 from 7.30pm to 8.30pm
Late or faxed applications will not be accepted. Applicants are personally responsible for ensuring that their documents arrive at Council by the due date.
