Monash Arts Reference Group
City of Monash is seeking representatives to join the new Monash Arts Reference Group. We seek Monash residents, or those with a strong association and willingness to contribute to the Monash community, with a creative, positive contribution to make to the arts and cultural life of our community. We are looking for people with the following skills:- Direct knowledge and/or experience of the arts and cultural activity in Monash and in the broader Australian context.
- An understanding of contemporary and best practice in the artform or sector represented.
- Skills as a successful owner or manager in the corporate business field and a willingness to apply these to the arts and culture in Monash.
- Expertise in marketing and a willingness to apply these skills to the arts and culture in Monash
- To reflect, where possible, the cultural diversity and demographics of the municipality.
