Notice of Amendment C65

The City of Monash has prepared Amendment C65 to the Monash Planning Scheme.
The Amendment proposes to modify Clause 22.02 of the Monash Planning Scheme (Monash Technology Precinct Policy) to implement the relevant objectives and recommendations of the Monash Specialised Activity Centre Final Strategy, March 2005. Consequential modifications to the Municipal Strategic Statement are also proposed.
The Amendment and associated documentation can be inspected free of charge, during office hours at the Department of Sustainability and Environment, Planning Information Centre, Ground Floor, 8 Nicholson Street, East Melbourne and at the offices of the Monash City Council, 293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley.
Submissions about the amendment must be sent to the City of Monash, P O Box 1, Glen Waverley 3150 by 14 May 2007.
