Post your message

The Community Noticeboard is a service provided by Monash Council for the purpose of providing community information of relevance to residents of Monash.

The message cannot be longer than 200 words.

Monash Council has the right to deny the posting of any message that does not adhere to the following guidelines:
  1. Only notices publicising activities and/or events of non-profit, non-political organisations will be posted.
  2. Notices must publicise activities or events that are occurring within the City of Monash or have specific relevance to the residents of Monash.
  3. Notices that are deemed to be derogatory, defamatory or contain an incitement to violence or hatred will not be posted.
  4. Only notices submitted on the official Community Noticeboard Submission Form will be accepted.
  5. Submission forms may be received by mail, email or fax.
  6. Submissions must be received by Council well in advance to be considered for posting.
  7. Council will take no responsibility for late postings or submissions that are received too late to post.
  8. Posted notices may remain on the Community Noticeboard for no longer than two months.
  9. Should a notice publicise an ongoing event, the notice must be resubmitted after the two month period has lapsed.
  10. Notice postings will be at the discretion of Council, whereby Council's decision is final.
  11. Council takes no responsibility for the misuse of this service.
