Business Bowls is coming to Oakleigh
Business Bowls is coming to Oakleigh - get a team of 4 together - does not have to be all staff - it will be FUN FUN FUN - flat sole shoes, barefeet or socks only
Competition commences 23 October to 11 December from 6.30pm till about 8.15pm each Thursday
- 14 teams only
- round robin competition
- inaugaural trophies to winning business/team & runner up
- $50 per team entry and $5 per player per night

Eastern Raiders Softball Club
Eastern Raiders welcomes players of all ages and capabilities to join us.
We field teams in all age groups from junior T-ball through to senior A-grade. Opportunities exist for girls of all ages to advance through various grades of competition and to participate in teams competing in Waverley representative teams, State and National Championships and even Masters! (over 35). We also cater for boys, who can play in our T-ball and Primary B (up to Grade 5) competition, and follow on into our Under 14 and Under 17 teams.
The Waverley summer softball season is played on Saturdays and runs from October through to the end of March. There are breaks for long weekends, Christmas and school holidays.
If you want to play softball at any level come and join us. We aim to provide the enjoyment of softball to everyone who wants to play!

Around the Bay in a Day
Around the Bay in a Day is Australia's premier mass participation bike ride. Leading into its sixteenth year, the event is experiencing significant growth, with over 14,000 riders participating in 2007. With a final figure yet to be finialised, it is anticipated that these riders will raise a record tally for the official charity partner, The Smith Family.
You can also look forward to another bumper weekend of cycling activities with the Melbourne Cycling Festival to be held over the weekend of the 17 - 19 October 2008.

The Warriors Gridiron Club
The Warriors Gridiron (American Football) Club is inviting any and all people interested to come down and have a go!
Our Seniors (18+) come and try days are March 2 and 9 at Monash University-Clayton Campus, from 11am-1pm.
We also have a Juniors team (14-18), and our practices start in August. Please contact Dan for more information.
