Group Exercise Class Description

Group Exercise Class Timetable

Class Levels
Code Green Code Green - Beginner classes. Appropriate for participants with low fitness levels.
Code Blue Code Blue - Intermediate classes with some knowledge of aerobic terminology required. Appropriate for participants with moderate fitness levels.
Code Red Code Red - Advanced, choreographed classes. Appropriate for participants with high fitness levels.

Bodypump    Code Green Code Blue Code Red
weight training in a group environment- tones the entire body.

Bodycombat    Code Green Code Blue Code Red
combines kicks and punches- a great cardio workout.

Bodybalance    Code Green Code Blue Code Red
combination of free flowing moves. Focus is placed on improving strength, flexibility and relaxation.

Cycle    Code Green Code Blue Code Red
specifically designed cycle bikes are used to increase fitness and burn calories.

Boxing    Code Green Code Blue Code Red
a boxing circuit class combining punches and boxing exercises to give you a great cardio workout.

Ab Blast-30    Code Green Code Blue Code Red
30 minutes of work on the mid section to tone and sculpt your abdominals.

Yoga    Code Green Code Blue Code Red
a mind and body workout that combines posture, stretching, meditation and relaxation.

Pilates    Code Green Code Blue Code Red
this class strengthens the muscles that align our body. Improves muscle tone, circulation and flexibility.
