Class Levels
Ab Blast-30
30 minutes of work on the mid section to tone and sculpt your abdominals.
Body pump
weight training in a group environment - tones the entire body.
Body combat
combines kicks and punches- a great cardio workout.
Body balance
combination of free flowing moves. Focus is placed on improving strength, flexibility and relaxation.
Boxing
a boxing circuit class combining punches and boxing exercises to give you a great cardio workout.
Cycle
specifically designed cycle bikes are used to increase fitness and burn calories.
Cycle/Abs
a 60min workout combining the group cycle and abs class
Express Step
a 30-minute class using the step platform for a great cardiovascular workout
Strong4life
(50+) a class designed to improve strength and balance. Prior to your first class please arrive 15 minutes early to fill in a ParQ form.
Pilates
this class strengthens the muscles that align our body. Improves muscle tone, circulation and flexibility.
Yoga
a mind and body workout that combines posture, stretching, meditation and relaxation.
