Group exercise classes
Exercise classes are an enjoyable way to help you achieve your fitness goals. With over 35 classes a week, we can cater for all age, fitness and ability levels.
We welcome all newcomers. If you are new to classes our friendly gym instructors can recommend some classes you may enjoy.

Older Adults Program and Classes
What do you need to know about the classes:
- All classes run between 30 - 60 minutes.
- All instructors are fully accredited and qualified.
- We recommend that you bring your own towel and water bottle.
- Wear appropriate sporting attire/footwear.
- Please collect a group exercise token from reception and hand to the instructor prior to commencement of the class.
- Mobile phones must be switched off during the class.
- Member and casual lockers are available to store personal belongings - (Please enquire at reception).
- You must be aged 16 years or over to participate in classes.
- Classes are reduced on public holidays. Please see reception for public holiday class details.
- Classes subject to change without notice.
- Please advise the instructor if you are pregnant or have any injury prior to your class.
- It is recommend that participants gain a medical clearance from their doctor before participating in any physical activity. Persons undertaking classes do so at their own risk.
Discount Multi-Visit Passes are available for classes.
