Municipal Public Health Plan
Work towards achieving the goals identified in the Municipal Public Health Plan (MPHP) 2004-2006 continued. The Year 3 Action Plan of the MPHP was implemented and reviewed in accordance with the Health Act 1958. Significant achievements during this time included involvement in the following:- Healthy Kids in Monash Project
- Golden Plate Awards Program
- Monash Health Promotion Network
- Community Safety Month
- Paths to Schools Project.
The new MPHP 2007-2010 was developed following extensive consultation with community members, community interest groups, agencies and Council staff, and was adopted by Council on 26 June 2007.
