Paula is a local indigenous artist who lives in the City of Monash. Paula is currently studying Indigenous Art at Chisholm Tafe Dandenong - Koori Art Unit.
- Title: "Celebrating Unity"
- Meaning: The three rivers of Monash uniting people together in celebration.
- Consultant: Karen Milward, Karen Milward Consulting.
The City of Monash engaged the services of Karen Milward to undertake the extensive consultation that was required for this plan.
Karen is a Yorta Yorta woman who was born and raised in Melbourne.
She is a strong advocate for developing culturally appropriate solutions to the issues confronting Indigenous people that empower individuals and communities to effectively move forward.
Karen is a committee member of a number of National, State and Regional Indigenous committees and has consulted for numerous government and non-government organisations throughout her career.
