Health club - Gymnasium

Members only

The professionally trained gym team are dedicated to helping you look and feel better with fun, motivating programs and challenges.

Member benefits include:

• Free, ongoing one to one consultations and programs with professionally trained gym staff

Group exercise classes

A great way to motivate yourself and get in shape!

MARC boasts an extensive range of classes (over 55 classes per week) that cater for all ages and ability levels including the beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.

Classes include:

• Popular Les Mills Programs - Pump, Step, Balance, Combat, Jam and Balance.
• Group cycle
• 30 minute express classes - Abs and boxing
• Older Adults programs
• Aqua aerobics

Learn to swim

MARC has a variety of swimming programs that cater for students aged from 6 months to adult.

The program and swim teachers are AUSTSWIM qualified and aim to help students learn through:

• Building confidence through water familiarisation
• Improving stroke technique
• Water safety sessions
• Personal progression of every student

Aquatic facilities

MARC has a wide range of aquatic facilities for you to keep fit, lap it up, have fun or relax in.

Facilities include:

• 50m outdoor heated pool
• 40m indoor heated wave pool - Body board sessions available.
• 25m indoor heated pool
• 20m warm water exercise pool
• Indoor heated learners, toddler and babies pools
• Spa, steam and sauna facilities
