5. Improve School Linkages
The continued challenge of promoting the development of linkages between schools, the local community and sport and recreation clubs will define the parameters for this objective.
Key outcomes for the next four years include:
- Enhanced pathways between schools, sporting associations and local clubs
- Increased awareness and use of school sport and recreational facilities by the wider community
- Increased information dissemination and sharing between schools and Council regarding the range of facilities and opportunities for club and group use
