50m pool CLOSED until further notice
Following the end of the summer day light saving period, Council has engaged a specialist engineering company to conduct a detailed inspection of the 50 metre outdoor pool at the Monash Aquatic and Recreation Centre (MARC) to investigate Council suspicions that there is leakage from the pool.
Until the investigation has been completed we will not know the scope of any repair works or length of time the pool will be closed for.

The Oakleigh Recreation Centre is dedicated to providing sporting groups with strength, endurance and fitness training as an alternative to current training sessions and in cases where your training venue has been impacted by the water restrictions.

Clayton Community Centre Update

The Clayton Community Centre opened to the public on Monday 7 April 2008. With an extensive range of programs and services available including library, café, youth services, gym and fitness cinema, group exercise, 25m indoor heated pool, spa, meeting rooms, the centre is set to bring Clayton together.
