Minutes - information, enquiries
The minutes are the formal record of the proceedings of a meeting of the Council. These minutes document:- The commencement and conclusion time, date and location of the meeting
- Which Councillors were present
- Which Councillor chaired the meeting
- Which Councillors moved and seconded motions for each item on the agenda.
- A summary of debate on a particular item, where that debate related directly to the decision on the item.
