The Monash Disability Access and Inclusion Framework and Action Plan 2009-2013 is a strategic framework that outlines how Council will address access and inclusion issues to ensure that people with a disability are provided with opportunities to fully participate in all aspects of life in Monash.

The framework outlines Council's priorities for the next four years and identifies specific actions to be implemented in a whole of Council approach within this time frame.
