PALS Annual Survey?
In June 2008 some of you were randomly selected to take part in the 2007/2008 annual survey. The survey is designed to measure you perceptions and expectations of the PALS program. What it offers, your level of enjoyment and suggestions for if and how we could possibly do things better.

Booking into a program
Between 60% and 70% rated Ease of booking into a program, the current Telephone Booking System and the current Ballot booking system as "Good"; beween 5% and 15% as "Unsatisfactory"; and between 10% and 20% as "Excellent".
