Positive Ageing Lifestyle Program - Autumn 2009

Prime of Life (POL) Memberships

City of Monash Aquatic And Recreation Centre and Clayton Health And Aquatic Centre.
The Prime of Life membership has been designed and developed for senior's cardholders to help:
  • Ease the aches and pains of arthritis
  • Increase bone density to help overcome or avoid osteoporosis
  • Keep up with your grandchildren by staying active
  • Increase core stability to help your balance and avoid falls.
Included in the Prime of Life Membership;

Gymnasium
  • Unlimited access everyday between 9am - 3pm.
  • Lifestyle Consultation:
    Our instructors will ensure that your exercise routine will improve and fit in with your lifestyle.
  • Program Show:
    Our easy to read programs are designed to your current fitness, strength and flexibility levels with your health and fitness goals in mind.
  • Ongoing Re-Assessments:
    To ensure that you see continual improvement, we conduct ongoing assessments where we can update your programs to accommodate your improved fitness level.
Aquatics
  • Unlimited access everyday between 9am - 3pm
Group Exercise
  • Access to our specifically designed classes for older adults, which concentrate on strength flexibility and general fitness.
PALS Discounts
  • Prime of Life members are eligible for discounts on some of the PALS programs as indicated in the PALS newsletter. (Proof of PoL membership is required)
