School Focused Youth Service (SFYS)
The primary focus of Monash SFYS is the provision of services to respond appropriately to the needs of young people. The service does not have it's own client base, it facilitates linkages through cooperative and flexible working relationships between schools and service providers, to ensure that young people receive appropriate and timely support.
The SFYS is designed to improve the quality and range of support services available to young people, and their families, by maximising the efficiency and range of existing services and, where necessary, providing funds for additional support.
For more information please contact Angela McEwen on 9518 3900 or to download the SFYS application form go to www.myfs.org.au.
