It’s important to take time for yourself and acknowledge that it’s important for you to take care of your physical and mental wellbeing.

Do things to nurture yourself and your wellbeing.


Here’s a few reminders:

  • eat well 
  • exercise regularly 
  • keep a regular routine 
  • listen to music
  • read a book
  • limit your news intake if you need to
  • watch some old favourite uplifting shows or movies
  • get out in your garden
  • spend time with your pets
  • do something you enjoy
  • learn something new

Many of us are going through tough times at the moment and it's okay to be struggling with lots of changes and the anxiety it is causing.

It's important we take time to look after ourselves.
