Community screening clinics are in place to provide rapid response screening and pathology for those who need to be tested for COVID-19.

They have been set up at the request of the Federal and State governments to support in the fight against the spread of COVID-19 and help reduce stress on the hospital system.

Strict medical and clinical protocols have been put in place to ensure the highest level of care in a safe and controlled manner.

The largest vaccination hub closest to Monash is at Sandown Racecourse.

The Sandown Racecourse COVID-19 vaccination clinic continues to operate daily and bookings are required.  The facility is based at Sandown Racecourse, 591-659 Princes Highway, Springvale and operates 7 days a week, 9am-5pm.

The vaccination is free, safe and the best way to protect yourself, your family and the community.

New information is now available in a range of languages to assist the CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) community.

You must book an appointment before attending and check in using a QR code.  You can download the Service Victoria app in your app store.

If you don’t have a smartphone or are not familiar with the process, centre staff can help you.

Visit the DHHS website for FAQs and the locations, opening hours and estimated wait times of all Victorian screening clinics.
