UPDATE - Wednesday 17 February 2021
Council will reopen its services and facilities from Thursday 18 February in line with the latest State Government easing of restrictions.
Customer Service counters Civic Centre and Oakleigh Service Centre will be open from 8.30am-5.15pm
The transfer station will reopen from 7.30am - 3pm every day of the week.
The waste collection service continues as normal.
The WTS is accepting tyres and paint products.
When you visit, you will be welcomed by a Concierge who will assist you. Under Chief Health Officer Directions that are now in place, we are required to take your name and phone number for contact tracing if it is ever required.
Providing your name and phone number is a requirement of service, in line with State Government requirements and our COVIDSafe Plan.
The Concierge will direct you to our Customer Service staff who can assist with taking your name and phone number prior to helping you with your transaction and then check you out when you have finished.
If you need to speak with our Specialist Counter, the Customer Service staff will check you in and then direct you to the Specialist Counter. When you have finished, the Concierge will assist you in signing out using our kiosk.
Please observe the following requirements when you visit to keep yourself and our staff safe and well:
- Ensure you wear a properly fitted mask at all times
- Use the hand sanitising station as you enter and exit the building
- Observe the 1.5 metre social distancing requirements, including when you are talking to our customer service staff. Do not move up to the service counter
