From 11.59pm on Wednesday 22 July, people living in metropolitan Melbourne and Mitchell Shire are now required to wear a face covering when leaving home for one of the four reasons permitted under Stage 3 restrictions.

The Victorian Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton has released videos in multiple languages on how to properly use a face covering and how to create your own.
