Some Monash residents were asked to participate in a telephone survey about Council's services and performance.
The survey began on Monday 9 February and took place over several weeks. Residents were contacted randomly by phone and asked whether they wished to participate in the survey. The survey represented the compilation of the feedback of 400 residents who agreed to participate.
It was conducted by independent researchers (JWS Research) on behalf of the State Government and Council. A similar survey is being conducted in most other Victorian municipalities.
If you were contacted, we thank you for your participation in the survey. We value the feedback we receive in this annual survey as it helps us to identify what we are doing well and what we need to improve.
Please find below a link to last year’s survey results, which indicated two areas where Council definitely needed to improve: Communications and Community Consultation. Council has really tried to lift its performance in both these areas over the past 12 months. We hope our community agrees we are improving.
