Improving the recognition, inclusion and understanding of the City of Monash LGBTIQ community.

The City of Monash is currently consulting (survey and consultation workshops)  with our community to identify priority areas for improving the recognition, inclusion and community understanding of the lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer/questioning (LGBTIQ) community in Monash.

Your responses to the following questions will assist us to strengthen our connections with and support of our LGBTIQ community and to encourage more inclusion and support.

This questionnaire will take approximately 5-10 minutes to complete.


No identifying information is collected in this survey. Your computer’s IP address is NOT collected by Council from this online survey.

Alternatively, you  can pick up a hard copy of the survey at the Monash Civic Centre (293 Springvale Road, Glen Waverley) or Oakleigh Service Centre (3 Atherton Road, Oakleigh).
