Mulgrave is an important part of Monash and Council wants to work with local residents to build a strong and vibrant community. There are many ways to build a stronger community including changes to open space and public places, new programs to support and connect people and new public infrastructure such as paths, street furniture and lighting.
The most important way to build a community is for local people to tell Council what improvements can be made, what their concerns are and what ideas can be implemented in the future.
The Draft Mulgrave Community Strengthening Plan is a list of ideas and projects for Council to work on to improve living in Mulgrave.
